On October 29, 2021, during the height of the 2021 Virginia Governor election between Terry McAuliffe and Glenn Youngkin, a staged, false-flag operation was setup to make it appear as though Youngkin's supports were white supremacists.
A staged event occurred in the days leading up to the 2021 Virginia Governor election. With Democrat McAuliffe trailing, his campaign was determined to shorten the gap by going back to the Democrat 101 playbook of Republicans are racists. Since McAuliffe's campaign thought so little of the constituents voting in the election, they thought they could pull a fast one. Next to a Glenn Youngkin bus, several McAuliffe campaign staffers dressed up in clothes that obscured their faces and sunglasses. They held their unlit "torches" which look like tiki torches that repel mosquitoes. One of the plants is obviously not even a white person. The plants were so engaged they were playing on their cell phones.
As soon as the plants took their place alongside the Youngkin bus, they were ready. A Twitter user named Charlie tweeted out how disgusted he was by this racist display. The Lincoln Project, being the useful idiots for CNN, swung immediately into action. They retweeted Charlie's post for the world to see. Or, at least the few followers of the Lincoln Project on Twitter.
Almost immediately, sleuths on the right figured out the names and identities of several of the planted protestors and connected them with left-wing radical groups. The sleuths posted links to their Twitter accounts which pretty much outed them as false-flag operation. The McAuliffe campaign immediately panicked and had to improvise and emergency contingency plan or be exposed as complete frauds.
A new contingency plan was improvised as quickly as possible. The McAuliffe campaign called the Lincoln Project who agreed to take the fall. The Lincoln Project had the reputation of an earthworm at this point, so it was doubtful their reputation could've been further tarnished. The following plan was put in place to deal with the situation. The agreed upon steps were as follows.
The Lincoln Project deleted their tweet describing their disgust and Youngkin supporters.
The planted protests at the Youngkin bus were told to leave immediately and get as far away as possible.
Everyone waited for about an hour not to look conspicuous.
The Lincoln Project took full responsibility for the events saying they staged this event to "prove a point."
McAuliffe was soundly defeated by Youngkin in the election. This was thanks to, in no small part, to this false flag operation by the McAuliffe campaign. Although the Lincoln Project took credit for it, it was demonstably proven not to be the case. The original tweet and retweet in this article have been archived for posterity here: (source) .
