Wikipedia, according to its co-founder Larry Sanger, has become a haven of left-wing propaganda. The original intent of Wikipedia was to have an unbiased, apolitical and neutral platform for education of the general population. However noble the original cause, the founders had no idea that its virtually unlimited editing policy would tempt powerful corporations and special interest groups to engage in information control. It is especially disturbing that Wikipedia provides favored-nation status to the same corporations and special interest groups in exchange for monetary contributions. Essentially, Wikipedia has become exactly what they didn't want to be: an information site controlled by the wealthy, powerful, elite and the corrupt.

The "Free" Encyclopedia

Wikipedia is the free encyclopedia that pleads for donations on a regular basis. It is actually free: free of independent thought because a group of activists consistently comb through articles of a sensitive or political nature to ensure the left-wing narrative prevails in all circumstances. In most cases, all other points of view are scrubbed entirely from the site.

PolitiFact References

Wikipedia uses PolitiFact as a source in most cases where the left-wing viewpoint is dominant (which is 99.9999% of Wikipedia). PolitiFact, despite its claims to the contrary, is a left-wing think-tank. They occasionally perform a token "false" on a left-wing claim, but that is done solely so they can claim they fact check both sides.

An example of this explicit bias is the Russian Collusion Hoax. Not once did PolitiFact actually fact check the hoax. Of course, it is undeniably false and fake. However, if it were considered false, left-wing operatives Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell, James Comey and John Brennan would be exposed as complete and utter frauds. PolitiFact does, however, fact check claims Jeanine Pirro or Rod Rosenstein made about the status of the investigation.

Random Content Comparisons

Most people that don't live in left-wing echo chambers know that many Democrat office holders boycotted the 2017 inauguration of Donald Trump while making claims that he was an illegitimate president selected by the Russians. Adversely the Democrats claim that the 2020 election (despite many discrepancies) is the most safe, fair and free election that has ever occurred in the history of planet Earth and anyone who denies this is a dangerous insurrectionist who believes the "Big Lie" and should be imprisoned until re-educated.

We will compare selected excerpts from Wikipedia regarding each election.

2016 United States Presidential Election

On January 6, 2017, a Joint Session of Congress was held to count the Electoral College votes, pursuant to the Electoral Count Act. This count was unusual for the many unsuccessful objections raised by Democratic members of the House of Representatives, alleging voter suppression and foreign interference.

2020 United States Presidential Election

Trump and a variety of his surrogates and supporters made a series of observably false claims that the election was fraudulent. Claims that substantial fraud was committed have been repeatedly debunked.

Donald Trump

Trump and his allies filed many legal challenges to the results, which were rejected by at least 86 judges in both the state and federal courts, including by federal judges appointed by Trump himself, finding no factual or legal basis. Trump's unsubstantiated allegations of widespread voting fraud were also refuted by state election officials.

It should be noted that Wikipedia conveniently links you to the article: "Big Lie", which is predominately an article on Adolf Hitler, Joseph Goebbels and the Holocaust, where there is an subsection called "Donald Trump's false claims of a stolen election." Furthermore, the following claim is made: "Donald Trump has employed what has been characterized as the propaganda technique of a firehose of falsehood." Of course, the references used are paragons of bipartisanship such as CNN, Vox, and Mother Jones.
